Process
A clear step-by-step guide — so you know exactly what to expect at every stage, whether this is your first shoot or your tenth.
Discovery Call
We start with a 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. I want to understand your brand, your goals, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be visually. You'll leave with clarity on whether we're a fit.
Creative Brief & Proposal
Based on our conversation, I develop a tailored creative brief: visual direction, mood board, shot list and timeline. You receive a detailed quote with clear deliverables — no hidden costs, no vague line items.
Pre-Production
This is where most shoots succeed or fail — before anyone picks up a camera. I handle location scouting, permit coordination, team assembly and equipment planning. You show up on shoot day ready to see results.
The Shoot
Execution day. I run a tight set — on schedule, focused and creatively flexible. You're welcome to be present and give live direction, or trust the brief and let us work. We shoot tethered when possible so you can review selects in real time.
Post-Production
Professional retouching and color grading by me — not outsourced. I deliver a first round of selects for review, you approve or request targeted revisions, and I finalize. Images that look consistent, on-brand and production-ready.
Final Delivery
You receive high-resolution masters, web-optimized versions and format-specific exports for print, social and digital — all organized and labeled. Usage rights are clearly defined in your contract from day one.
