PROJECT
A comprehensive commercial photography project for Leon Jewelry, Miami’s premier specialists in custom gold and Cuban Link masterpieces. The creative direction was divided into two strategic tiers: high-impact «Hero» shots on black backgrounds for category headers and clean, high-precision e-commerce imagery on white. The goal was to translate the sheer scale and luxury of their signature pieces—such as the iconic 1000g Kilo Chains—into a digital experience that resonates with a high-end clientele.
The visual narrative focuses on the «masterpiece» aspect of the jewelry, emphasizing that while trends fade, superior craftsmanship is eternal. By implementing a lighting scheme that highlights the mirror-like finish of the gold and the intricate construction of each link, we created a visual catalog that justifies the premium nature of the brand while maintaining a clear, conversion-oriented layout for their online platform.

NOTES
The technical challenge of shooting high-polished gold is managing the «black spots» and reflections that can dull the product’s appearance. By leveraging a specialized macro setup and focus-stacking techniques, I ensured that every millimeter of the 28mm chains remained razor-sharp and brilliantly lit. My role was to bridge the gap between «jewelry photography» and «luxury storytelling,» providing Leon Jewelry with assets that showcase the true weight and value of their investment-grade pieces.
