TRS & EIBS

Empowering Neurodiversity Through Visual Narrative

A dual-purpose creative project developed for TRS (The Rising Star) and EIBS, organizations dedicated to academic and workplace readiness for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The core of this collaboration was a high-end corporate video featuring intimate testimonials from parents and educators. This piece was designed to communicate the vital transition between early intervention and independent adult life, highlighting the foundation’s commitment to self-sufficiency and emotional well-being.

Parallel to the video production, we executed a professional product photography session for a line of artisanal candles handcrafted by the students. This segment of the project goes beyond traditional commercial photography; it serves as a visual bridge to the students’ vocational training, showcasing their ability to master new trades and contribute to their own economic empowerment through Lulab Creative’s strategic lens.

NOTES
Working with TRS and EIBS required a high level of empathy and a non-intrusive technical approach to capture the authentic synergy between the students and their environment. As Director, my goal was to move beyond a clinical perspective, instead focusing on a «standard of excellence» that dignifies the students’ work and the parents’ journeys. The combination of documentary-style interviews and polished product photography creates a comprehensive brand narrative that proves neurodivergent individuals can thrive in professional spaces when given the right tools and visibility.
